What is a Home Warranty?

A home warranty is a service agreement covering the cost to repair or replace the mechanical failures of home systems and appliances due to normal wear and tear.  Depending on your chosen plan, you can protect your major home systems, such as air conditioning, heating, and plumbing. You may also protect your major appliances, such as your refrigerator, stove, oven, washer, dryer, and water heater. Depending on your home, you can add optional coverages for your spa, pool, and water and sewer lines.
